In Latur District, Udgir has already left an indelible mark on the education horizon of Maharashtra 
            and continues to do so in the last many years. The noteworthy contributors to the educational legacy 
            of Udgir are N.Y. Dole, D.L. Holikar, and R. P. Tiwari. Another significant contributor to this legacy 
            is Shri Bhagwan Singh Bayas. Udgir also inherits a rich cultural and historical background.

         Being the President of Karmaveer Bhaurao Patil Education Society, I am immensely privileged to run 

            the only military school in Latur District. I harbour the ambition of bringing the underprivileged 
            and deprived sections of the society into the mainstream and working for their upliftment. This 
            ambition is being fulfilled with the establishment of this military institution set in a wonderfully 
            picturesque environment.

            committed to enabling rural students to appear for examinations such as NDA, UPSC, MPSC, and others. 
            We aim to build confidence in students and develop them into intelligent, disciplined, and civilized individuals.
       

  I am fortunate to have an efficient and dedicated team of teachers who work tirelessly to fulfill our 
            aims and objectives. I am confident that students graduating from this school will become responsible 
            and proud citizens of India.
       

            With the noble intention of enabling the youth of Maharashtra to enter the National Defence Academy, 
            the Government of Maharashtra took the initiative to establish a Sainik School in every district. 
            On 15th January 2003, the foundation stone of Shri Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Sainik Vidyalaya, Udgir, 
            was laid in the lap of nature.
